Turkey Baster Creationist Courts:

The recent 'reporting' by the myopic seeing eye 'watchdogs' of our Old Media of New Laws and Important / Milestone Legal events in the Radical Gender Feminist / Homosex 'Cannibal Soup' Pander or Perish Pogrom (where one either joins voluntarily as a diner, or involuntarily as dinner), including the Attack on Marriage and Male Fathers, is interesting if only for the significance of what it fails to include or explain, and why.

Sitting like the veritable Elephant in the Middle of the Press Room are numerous sticky issues that our watchdogs of the fabled 'Fourth Estate' of government (Executive, Legislative, Judicial & Tabloid branches) have decided it is better to largely ignore, or spin only in small sound bites.

For Example; a new flood of Pro-Homosex Pander or Perish Laws, passed like sewer gas by the Democrap controlled Weimar Kalifornia Legislature, and signed by our RINO Hollyweird Child Pimp Uberkommandant - Der Arnold, are now ready for Ruthless (BAMN - BAMN: Bash Men, By Any Means Necessary!) Enforcement by the Thought Police.

When they actually do mention such Pander or Perish pogroms, the media euphemistically refers to them as anti-discrimination Laws - such as when Pro -Family / Religious / Childrens bookstores are required to hire and publicly promote homo-anal dirty diaper sado masochistic bondage flogging activists as normal and healthy & proper employee representatives.

However, the combination of Monumental Importance and Studied Media Ignorance / Biased Reporting found in the California Turkey Baster Trio of Cases, simultaneously published by the Misandrist (male hating) disgrace of a state supreme court on August 22, 2005 (K.M., v. E.G.: S125643 / Elisa B.v. Superior Court ; S125912 / Kristine H. v. Lisa R.: S126945) - highlights like no other story the same old story of Pro-Homosex propagandizing in service of Misandry (Hatred of Men) that is a media staple year in and male hating year out.

Built on a foundation created by decades of hyper zealous radical Mau Mauing by Dyke (Dyke = Hyper Militant Misandrist) Hatemongers and their allies, as well as ruthless censorship, silencing and punishment of opposition through use of Thought Policing tactics Stalin would admire, these cases represent nothing less than endorsement of Dyke Separatist / Neo-Exterminationist Misandry as State Policy by the California Supreme Court.

It seeks to enshrine in the law a Double Standard Against MEN So Bizarre that it is destroyed by the very contradictions in internal logic of the argument presented; not that this hinders or even mildly embarrasses the Court in its rush to Pander.

Stepping through the warped looking glass sold the Court by the twisted systerhood of Separatist / Neo-Exterminationist Dyke Hatemongers, it is easy to see the results of decades of Radical Homosex Indoctrination in the Legal profession, particularly the pathetic farce of rank Misandry that characterizes the Gender field of Legal Education.

But for the student of both science and the law, it is the Courts rending of both in to tattered shreds to shroud its disgrace, that so astounds and bemuses. Long story short - The California Supreme Court has Defined Fatherhood for All Time and it has Nothing to Do with being MALE!

In Fact, in the opinion of Californias Supreme Judges - to be Fatherless is to lack a proper source of Financial Support, and Not a Man who is your Daddy. They have therefore logically deduced that while children may Not Have Three Parents (why, they dont really say), the same children May Have Two Dykes and No Daddy, even if (as in one case) they are Siblings who were intended at conception to be biologically related to each other through the Non-Father/ donor:

"We rejected the suggestion of amicus curiae that both the wife and the surrogate could be the childs mother, stating that a child can have only one mother, but what we considered and rejected in Johnson was the argument that a child could have three parents: a father and two mothers. We did not address the question presented in this case of whether a child could have two parents, both of whom are women." Elisa B. case.

Mind you now - this is Not about Adoption, but rather courts redefining ˜Natural" Parenting (we recognized in In re Nicholas H., supra, 28 Cal.4th 56, that natural as used in the UPA does not always mean biological).

Future posts will discuss in greater detail the language of the decision, and the blatant Rejection of Definitive DNA Science (a legacy of case of the Adoption of Michael H. (1995) 10 Cal.4th 1043 case) in favor of validating the desire of Dykes to Legally Exterminate Men as Fathers - relegating them to the role of un-gendered insemination sources without any parental rights to their children.

In essence The Sperm Donor is Not a Father (and has No Legal Liability) if he does not touch the woman with his penis, and instead uses a Deadbeat Dad Factory / Sperm Bank as intermediary in his desire to produce as many children as possible without any responsibility for them: As the supreme court said:

BUT - and as they say in fashion circles, this is a big but, if the Man Engages in Normal Heterosexual Relations (what they call in Law School Rape because they teach that women are mentally incapable of consenting to Heterosex), even if he Did Not Want Children and was deliberately Lied to by the mother - Well, Use a Penis, Go to Jail is just the new truth de jour in Dyke-topia. Or as the state supreme court said:

"Usually, whether there is evidence of a parent and child relationship under the UPA does not depend upon the intent of the parent. For example, a man who engages in sexual intercourse with a woman who assures him, falsely, that she is incapable of conceiving children is the father of a resulting child, despite his lack of intent to become a father."K.M. v. There you have it in a nutshell INTENT Doesnt Matter - For a Man. Donate as many children as you Want to create, just so long as you dont actually touch the womyn.

Touch her, and it doesnt matter what you intended or what she told you was true - liability is unlimited, and the choice whether to make a Man a Father of a Child, or abort a fetus, is hers alone.

By contrast to the treatment of Intentional Deadbeat Donors, consider how the supreme court treats womyn in analogous situation:

"A woman who supplies ova to be used to impregnate her lesbian partner, with the understanding that the resulting child will be raised in their joint home, cannot waive her responsibility to support that child. The majoritys rule validates such agreements when its conditions are satisfied -conditions that include the fact the parties to the agreement Must Be Dykes.

Perhaps the greatest source of chagrin, for those discussing the intrinsically aberrant, degrading and objectively disordered nature of the sick hatreds and vile perversions that inform and motivate the mainstream of the Radical Homosex Agenda, is the bizarre fact that no matter how outrageous the portrayal of said Behaviors may seem – the reality of how such sickness is acted out makes true attempts at comparisons absurd.

So it is with no small amount of comparative dread that I approach the latest example of the type of Neo-Exterminationist Hatemongering that is the steady diet of hate propaganda fed to the population from the Frisco ‘Crock a Bull’ (S. F. Chronicle 9/6/04) via one of their full time dyke cheerleaders on staff – ‘reporter’ Rona Marech.

In an article entitled (Link = Gays forging creative paths to parenthood - Couples turn to co-parenting to build and raise families 09/06/2004 - San Francisco Chronicle ) Marech provides a classic textbook example of the ‘Politics of Adversarial Terminology’ via employment of the “Newspeak” of the Radical Homosex movement, and their insistence on the usage of tenderly crafted euphemisms to conceal the dagger of hatred under the cloak of ‘tolerance’.
For example, try the following quote on for size and guess what is really being sold:
“Co-Parents can conceive at home at no cost – with technology no more sophisticated than a syringe or a large eyedropper – which opens the door to people who can’t afford high-tech fertility options…”

Yes Indeed Campers – TURKEY BASTER BABIES – Brought to you courtesy of an agenda of Dyke Hatemongering that promotes what is clearly Heterosexual Reproduction – Just so long as the Penis is Excluded from contact with the Vagina.

For those not familiar with the concept, here is some background: The Turkey Baster idea goes back to an enterprising gender feminist of some time ago, who reportedly mixed the sperm of different men in one and then inseminated hyrself. Shye then claimed benefits for hyrself and the child without being required to name a ‘father’ – who the state could go after for reimbursement. Her position was essentially that shye had a ‘right’ to penis free procreation and the patriarchy owed hyr a living as reparations.

This idea was later crystallized in to the concept of “Government as Surrogate Husband” by in the book the Myth of Male Power, by Warren Farrell. It is espoused under different names by a number of gender feminist Misandrist, including former Cornell Professor of “Feminist Jurisprudence” Martha Feinman.

Essentially, the modern gender feminist utopia (gyno-topia) will be a place where womyn not only control all reproduction, but where the penis is superfluous and simply a conduit for the only useful thing about a man – the “Spitwad” of sperm.. Some academic ‘dreamers’ have actually postulated a future where men are reduced to a manageable 10% of the population, and managed sort of like a free range sperm bank, only different.

We get some small hint of this from Marech’s story when she quotes a wanna-be homosex male “Co-Parent” as unable to find appropriate dyke “Co-Parent” partners because: “Many women are fixed on having the lion’s share of responsibility.”

What it really comes down to (despite the phalocentric references to lions) is Hatred and Debasement of Men – and the simple fact that most Dyke Hatemongers will not associate with men who do not debase themselves in some way, particularly in their submission to the Dyke Agenda. Or – As Dyke Icon Valerie Solanas (author of the SCUM – Society for Cutting Up Men – Manifesto) spoke of their Male counterparts:

“SCUM (Society for Cutting Up Men) will kill all men who are not in the men’s auxiliary of SCUM. Men in the men’s auxiliary are those who are working diligently to eliminate themselves.. A few examples of men in the men’s auxiliary are: Men who kill men… Journalists, writers, editors, publishers, producers who disseminate and promote ideas that will lead to the achievement of SCUM’s goals;(homo-anal males) who, by their shimmering, flaming example, encourage others to de-man themselves and thereby make themselves relatively inoffensive."

Some want to claim that Solanas is old news, despite hyr continuing cult hyro status from the movie about hyr shooting 70’s pop icon Andy Warhol (emptied hyr gun in to him, and he still lived – typical of feminazi incompetence). To them I would point out that hyr “works” are still being performed by admirers well in to the 21st Century, at least in my ever ‘tolerant’ home town of Sodom by the Sea.

All fun and games aside, there is actually a ‘serious’ point to what at first seems like completely inane genocidal gibberish from what is most assuredly a “Feminazi Psychodyke Hatemonger.” Now admittedly, Solanas was leaking from a bunch of gaskets by the time she blew up Warhol, but hyr vision lives on with others more recently pumped up with such vengeful hatreds, and perhaps of steadier aim.

More clearly than any other of its kind, the “SCUM Manifesto” highlights the sick nature of the various types of ‘alliances’ that have taken place in the Homosex world, in order to coordinate the attack on society.

However – to use men for a bridge to the future is not to embrace them for more than the work beasts for the purpose of bringing about the new world order of “gynotopia,” or as some would style it “dyketopia” – sans penis monsters of course.

Many Dyke Hatemongers have chosen the “Dead Beat Dad Factory” (Sperm Bank) approach, and are pursuing lawsuits to eliminate mention of males as parents on birth certificates and substitution of other Dykes with only political relation to the child.
However, as Marech shows us, some dykes actually seem to enjoy keeping men in a subordinate role, so long as it feeds their ‘Penis Hate’ program in the process.

Some would say that it is indeed a sign of tolerance in the homosex “Rainbow” alliance (which keeps its Purple Dyke Stripe distinct and separate from all others) that some are actually flirting with the notion of permitting children to have “Fathers”…

Just as long as those politically enlightened Fathers agree with gyno-warrior Katherine MacKinnon and hyr cohorts (Favorites of Law School Gender Activists) who have shown that the Penis is the Real Problem in Heterosexual Reproduction- by ‘proving’ that all Heterosexual Intercourse is Rape (see attached quotes), and the only good penis is one that has nothing to do with vaginas, which are reserved for parents.

For example - Just one of a veritable plethora of truly twisted ironies, surrounding the Melissa Etheridge / Julie Cypher / David Crosby – marriage / love child triangle etc… - was the choice of Etheridge to mention the subject of Turkey Basters on national television, during their interview on the Larry King show. For the record, she claimed that none were used in creating the child, although all other details were omitted.

Still - Ya Gotta Love the Etheridge / Cypher / Crosby love child triangle regardless. It seems like even at the very outset as if they were thinking of the ‘eventual’ split up, and seeing as Cypher announced she was not actually a homosexual anyway, she may have seen it coming. Still, they looked smug on the cover of Rolling Stone.

But the choice of David Crosby (if he really is) as the deadbeat dad – how perfect! Think about it, if you really wanted to pick a guaranteed loser in a child custody fight, and John Hinkley were to remain in jail, then who better than Crosby to take the fall?

What a role model he is for the kid (boy wasn’t it?) and what an example for us all. Example of what? Well, maybe the media will tell us more later, and maybe not.

In dealing with the Dyke Hatemongers of the Radical Homosex Lobby, it is always important to understand some of the terms used. For example, the terms “Womyn” and “Wimmin” are often both employed, and there is a reason (although warped by hate like the rest of dyke ideology) for this spelling method...

Terms like “womyn / wimmin / hyr / shye…” are employed by the Dyke element of the Radical Homosex lobby as a means of promoting their hatred and denigration of men throughout society. By butchering the language this way, dykes also symbolically butcher the male penis / genitals in a way that helps fuel their rage.

Consider - Women v. Womyn. The word ‘Women’ contains the hated term of rape and oppression = “men” / whereas womyn is free of the taint of the brutish raping testosterone poisoned patriarchal pig penis oppressor. Likewise with the term – Her v. Hyr, which removes the evil sign of “He” from the proper femyle terminology.

Think this is silly? Then you are either a pig yourself, or a hopeless femyle dupe of the patriarchy who needs to be enlightened or put down before submitting to Rape (defined as normal heterosexual intercourse) again.

four walls of a prison cell ... for up to a year. No kidding.

Tobin Kerns was planning his own Columbine-like mass murder. But they
caught him and convicted him of conspiracy to commit murder and
threatening to use deadly weapons in 2006, sentencing him to a
whopping ... 10 months. Plan a Columbine-like mass murder and you'll do 10 months in jail.

Say homosexual "marriage" is a sin (in a state where same-sex marriage is illegal), and you'll be doing a year behind bars.

You see, Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter signed into law SB 200 and turned
public restrooms and locker rooms into a predator paradise where men
can enter (and shower in) any female public facility in the state.
You'd think that would be as bad as it gets – but wait: Section 8 of
that same bill claims to trump the First Amendment:

Section 8. 24-34-701. Publishing of discriminative matter forbidden.
No person, being the owner, lessee, proprietor, manager,
superintendent, agent, or employee of any place of public
accommodation ... shall publish, issue, circulate, send, distribute,
give away, or display in any way, manner, or shape or by any means or
method, except as provided in this section, any communication, paper,
poster, folder, manuscript, book, pamphlet, writing, print, letter,
notice, or advertisement of any kind, nature, or description that is
intended or calculated to discriminate or actually discriminates
against ... SEXUAL ORIENTATION, marital status ... in the matter of
furnishing or neglecting or refusing to furnish to them or any one of
them any lodging, housing, schooling, or tuition or any
accommodation, right [marriage], privilege [adoption], advantage, or
convenience ... on account of ... SEXUAL ORIENTATION, marital
status ... [which] is unwelcome or objectionable or not acceptable,
desired, or solicited.

Forget the public library display of "banned books week" –
its "banned books week" all year round in the entire state of
Colorado – if those books, paper, posters, folders, manuscripts,
pamphlet, writing, print, letter, notice, advertisement, or crayon
drawing is said to be calculated, intended, or thought to
discriminate against homosexual behavior, or the agenda to rewrite
marriage and adoption laws.

I predicted it three years ago. And a lot of people said I was crazy.

this Before it Becomes Illegal" just became … illegal. And it's no
longer just in Sweden, Europe, and Canada; it's right here in what
used to be known as the "land of the free."

A week from today I'm flying to Denver and attending a press
conference with Colorado pastors and state leaders to … break the
law. We are handing out my book, "The Criminalization of
Christianity," and waiting for arrest. It may be that next week's
column will be written from a jail cell. I tend to think that would
be a stupid move on the government's part. I predict they will lay
low and peg off the less vocal types first. Wait for the cement in
the law to become solid before chaining it to the feet of Christians
who dare speak out.

Forget my book. Another far more important book just got banned in
Colorado: the Bible. Don't believe me? Take a look at Leviticus 18,
Romans 1, 1 Corinthians 6 and 1 Timothy 1. There's a bunch more
verses, and they all just became illegal.

Thankfully, our rights don't come from the elected officials in
Colorado. They don't even come from the U.S. Supreme Court. We
are "endowed with" our rights from "our Creator." And the good news
is, our Founding Fathers were smart enough to write them down in a
document known as the U.S. Constitution.
And if we read that document, we find something called the First Amendment. And you know what? It trumps Colorado SB 200, Gov. Bill Ritter and the homosexual
agenda.

No skipping gay-friendly classes, schools tell parents - Catholic group says parents must have the right to pull kids out of classes

The Vancouver board of education says it plans to enforce a ministry policy that prevents parents from pulling students out of classes that deal with alternative sexuality.

A recent staff recommendation from the Vancouver board of education says parents can pull their children out of sensitive lessons in health classes because of religious or family beliefs, but can't opt their children out of gay-friendly lessons in any other classes....

They aren't exempt from the lessons completely and must learn the
material outside the classroom setting, by home instruction or self-
directed studies. They also have to prove they've learned the material.

Edward Da Vita, a spokesman for the Catholic Civil Rights League,
said he would prefer parents be able to pull their children out of
any class containing controversial material. "The problem now is that
controversial subject matter can be brought up any time, anywhere,
and there is no reasonable alternative delivery available for that,"
he said...

The ministry guidelines stem from a contract the government signed
with gay activists Murray and Peter Corren.
The couple launched a
human-rights case against the government, which ended the lawsuit by
signing an agreement to add teachings about gay, lesbian, bisexual
and transgendered issues to the provincial curriculum.

Alberta Tribunal Leaves Canada Speechless

David Ben Gurion, the first Israeli Prime Minister, once said, "The test of democracy is freedom of criticism." Nowhere have politicians more miserably failed that test than in Alberta, Canada, where the gatekeepers of political correctness--the Human Rights Commission (HRC)--have sentenced a pastor to a lifetime of silence.

The case was initiated in 2002, when Rev. Stephen Boissoin published letters to the editor opposing same-sex "marriage" in the Red Deer Advocate. At the time, Canada was embroiled in a debate over whether to legalize counterfeit marriage across the country.

When Professor Darren Lund of Calgary read Boissoin's editorials, he filed a complaint with the Alberta HRC, alleging that the content of the articles was "hateful."

The Commission appointed a tribunal to investigate Boissoin, led by an unelected bureaucrat Lori Andreachuk. Last November, Andreachuk found Boissoin guilty of discrimination and, without the benefit of his testimony, forbade him from uttering "anything disparaging about homosexuals."

Notice that Andreachuk does not ban him from speaking about anything "illegal" but bars him from any negativity toward gays and lesbians.
The official punishment, issued without so much as a public hearing, includes everything from personal emails to congregational sermons.

As if the lifetime speech ban were not tyrannical enough, Andreachuk also ordered Boissoin to compensate Professor Lund, who was not a victim of the so-called "hate crime," $5,000.

Under the terms of his sentencing, the Reverend must "cease publishing...remarks about homosexuals" and submit a written apology to Lund for publication in the Red Deer Advocate.

Ezra Levant, who is under similar scrutiny for printing cartoons about Mohammed, notes in a new column, "[Boissoin] has to publicly humiliate himself, by publicly declaring his contrition--a contrition he does not feel--and his abandonment of his deeply-held religious beliefs... Does that happen anywhere outside of Communist China?"

Conservatives across Canada are in an uproar over the ruling and many are demanding that Premier Ed Stelmach follow through with his promise to review the unbridled "censorship powers" of the HRC.

If he refuses, Alberta's thought police can indict any pastor or average citizen who holds political or moral views contrary to the powers-that-be.

Liberty Counsel Defends California’s Right to Vote on Marriage in Upcoming Election

San Francisco, CA – Today Liberty Counsel filed a motion to intervene to defend against a lawsuit brought by same-sex marriage advocates intended to prevent California voters from voting on the California Marriage Protection Act (“Amendment”) in November.



Liberty Counsel represents the Campaign for California Families, Randy Thomasson, and Larry Bowler. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of three voters and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, Lambda Legal, the ACLU and Equality California against California Secretary of State, Debra Bowen, who certified the Amendment.


On June 2, 2008, the Amendment was certified by the Secretary of State for the November ballot. The Amendment states: "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California." If passed, the Amendment would nullify the 4-3 ruling of the California Supreme Court issued on May 15.


The same-sex marriage advocates are seeking to have the Amendment removed from the November ballot. They erroneously argue that "the rules for revising the California Constitution were not properly followed." Their brief claims that an initiative is not enough to put the amendment on the ballot, since it must also be approved by two-thirds of the legislature. The suit also alleges that petitions for the initiative, which were circulated prior to the ruling legalizing same-sex marriage, were misleading because they stated the amendment would not change existing law and would not have a financial impact on the state. Liberty Counsel's motion to intervene disproves these claims.


Most Californians want the Amendment. A poll conducted on May 30, 2008, by ccAdvertising shows that 56% of California residents support marriage as one man and one woman. Another poll by the Los Angeles Times similarly revealed that 54% of those polled supported the Amendment and only 35% opposed it.

Now identifying as male, Thomas legally married Nancy. The couple wanted a child but Nancy was unable to carry a child. So Thomas volunteered.

'Pregnant Man' gives birth to baby girl: report CTV.ca News Staff

Thomas Beatie, who began life as a woman but underwent hormone
therapy to become a man, has reportedly given birth to a girl,
according to People magazine.

Beatie, 34, still has female reproductive organs and stopped taking
his twice-weekly doses of testosterone ahead of his pregnancy. He
said it was a natural birth, rather than by C-section.

"The only thing different about me is that I can't breastfeed my
baby. But a lot of mothers don't," he told the magazine. Beatie had
his breasts removed as part of his transition to a man.

He was impregnated through artificial insemination, using donor sperm
and his own eggs, according to People magazine.

Family's fury as girl, 12, allowed to have sex-change operation against father's wishes

A huge ethical row has erupted over a judge's decision to allow a 12- year-old girl to have a sex change that will turn her into a teenage boy.

The child's father, who is separated from her mother, is outraged at the prospect but despite his objections the taxpayer-funded sex swap has already got under way.

His daughter, who cannot be named because of her age, is already having hormone treatment in Australia in what is one of the first such cases involving a child so young.

The girl has also been given permission to apply for a new birth certificate, passport and medical card in a boy's name.

Last night, a relative of the child claimed the girl had been 'vindictively brainwashed' by her mother into making the decision to have the change.

A cousin who stayed with the girl's family for two and a half years said yesterday that after a bitter break-up the mother had used the child to 'get back' at the father.

'The mother drilled into the girl from an early age that she would have preferred a boy.'...

Hormones now being implanted under the12-year-old's skin every three months will stop her from developing from a child into a woman, including preventing her hips and breasts from growing.

A further court application must be lodged in coming years for testosterone treatment to deepen the girl's voice and promote growth of facial hair and muscles.

Surgery to remove her womb or ovaries or build an artificial male sex organ must wait until she is at least 18.

Churches unhappy over father figures

But the Church of England has reserved its greatest ire for the decision of MPs to allow single women and lesbian couples to seek IVF treatment without having to consider the need for a father for their
children.

Its verdict is stark. "This vote sends a signal that fathers don't matter," it said.

"The Church holds that a child's right not to be deliberately deprived of having a father is greater than any 'right' to a child through IVF.

"We are extremely disappointed that the important role of fathers was
not recognised in the bill, and that we now have a situation where
the perceived 'right' to have a child trumps the right for a child to
be given the best possible start in life."

'Huge difference' In Parliament, there was a vigorous attempt, led by the (Roman Catholic) former Conservative leader Iain Duncan Smith, to have the bill amended on the basis that it was "common sense" to include a
father in bringing up children.

Human Rights Commission Drops Complaint Against Catholic Magazine - Judicial Review Still Possible

TORONTO, July 4, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Canadian Human Rights Commission has dropped a complaint by a homosexual activist against Catholic Insight a Toronto-based national Catholic news magazine.

A year and a half - and many thousands of dollars in legal fees - after a nine-point human rights complaint was filed by Edmonton-based homosexual activist Rob Wells, Catholic Insight has been informed that the case has been dropped. However, a judicial review before the Federal Court is still possible should the complainant pursue that avenue.

In a letter the Commission noted that it decided "to dismiss the
complaint because the material (produced by Catholic Insight) is not
likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt based on
sexual orientation." It added that "the file on this matter has now
been closed."

Wells filed the complaint over the magazine's allegedly offensive
coverage of homosexual activism and the issues it has affected.
According to editor Father Alphonse de Valk, however, the magazine has consistently set out the Roman Catholic Church's position on such questions, making it clear that persons with same-sex attraction must be accepted with respect, compassion and sensitivity and every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided.

"We welcome the Canadian Human Rights Commission's decision in this matter and were confident from the outset that we would be
vindicated," said Father de Valk.
He added that his publication not only has the right, but the responsibility, to report, analyze, comment on, and criticize where necessary, homosexual activism
as it pertains to important social issues such as the nature of marriage, adoption rights, the allocation of social benefits, burdens on the health system caused by unhealthy behaviours and so on.

"It is chilling to think that a publication can be hauled before a
government tribunal simply for reporting to interested citizens
developments in these areas of controversy," said Father de
Valk.

"This matter underscores once again the necessity of urgent
reform of the Canadian human rights system." He added that, coupled with a series of actions launched by a Toronto-based homosexual activist, Catholic Insight has been unnecessarily burdened with $20,000 in legal fees to date.

Given the consistently unsuccessful nature of these homosexual
activist attacks upon it, Catholic Insight will now examine the
prospects of launching countering legal actions against those who
have been unnecessarily harassing and financially burdening the
publication, said Father de Valk.
