This is not the first judge to see the reality, but I kinda feel less angry with judges (apart from a few truly wank ones, paradoxically, often NOT female!)..

I feel more angry about the scumfuck lawyers, social wankers, and other agenda driven gravy train feeders who make every effort to introduce adverserialism and anti-father agendas and presumptions into the mix..

Judges, are expected to make a fair judgement from what is presented in front of them, which is usually a load of hysterical exagerated shite and bare-faced lies from the mother and her agents of satan, and some whimpering denials and pathetic pandering to the bloody system from the father, who is constantly told "don't upset the mother, don't upset her lawyers, don't upset the apple cart, you will get there in the end.."

Which is, frankly utter shite!!

It would be a brave judge to see through the shit and take the correct option..

and even then, there is no gaurantee that the orders would be adhered to anyway..

Judges are promoted lawyers.

In other words, judges are successful lawyers so how can you hate lawyers but not feel the same hatred towards judges?

They're not going to help fathers, they make there money from dividing families and tearing down households!!

The Family Court brings about the detrimental conditions that lead to a delinquent culture of fatherlessness in children. The ‘most deserving parent’ is chosen on genitalia. Professionals make judgements that cause parental alienation syndrome. A juggernaut is driven over Magna Carta. An equal society is replaced by a superior class of people.

I have some sympathy for a Judge who loses a brother to suicide. But she does not 'get it' about the heartbreak of fathers.

Her carping on about a prior system which was 'intolerable' and exposed 'damaging evidence about the children's other parent' shows that she just does not see that little has changed but the numbers. They are far vaster now.

She and her fellow Judges do NOT 'weigh the evidence put before them' as in the FC there is no evidence as there is no presumption of 'Fault'. It is the Procedure that counts. And assumptions based on the 'Guidlines' from their 'Bible'. The Bible created by Marxists and lunatics.

At least she acknowledges that no-fault divorce’s broad acceptance as an unquestioned social good helped usher in an era that fundamentally altered the seriousness with which marriage is viewed. It effectively ended marriage as a legal contract since either party can terminate it, with or without cause. Judges are supposed to be trained to take the "non adverserial" view, lawyers do precisely the opposite..

Also, lawyers (barristers) take a massive pay cut by becoming judges..

Lawyers have been taught that no matter how unjust XXXX is, there is a good reason for it. They don't just forget it all once they become judges. They are not a clean slate.

Judges have an opinion, but they dont take sides with one or the other, they go off "the law" etc..

That is not to say they cannot be prejiduced, or indeed, that the law is not totally wank and they try to twist it the way they personally prefer..

But the essential difference is actually noticeable when one sees how judges work.. Compared to those who make a living promoting the adverserialism and deliberately decieving to persuade on one side..
