Definately. In fact, one should always have a spy cam or voice recroder ready whenever you interact with an officaldom or police. I bought a spy cam pen from ebay - it costs just 14 GBP!!!! (including postage). The video quality is surprising good, but it only can record for about 2 hours. A voice recroder can carry on for about 8 hours.

In fact I see no reason why one should not have a voice recorder pen with you and swtiched onall the time as a matter of ones daily life. You never know whne you might need it to prove something and its easy to store the info on a PC

I know all about paranioa.. Its all in the mind, a perspective on the world brought about by some brain chemistry, sometimes drug induced.. But really, its rut that traps people, if folk go round suspecting everything and everyone of some malicious intent it rather limits them to that rut.

I remember watching a "red dwarf" episode.. Lister had two companions in his head, his "paranioa" and his "confidence"..
