This is out of context but the greatest power, in my opinion, that girls, women and females seem to exercise is that of their influence over men. I don't know whether or not that is the greatest power that 'girls' have and I certainly don't believe it but that is often the height of the power that they choose to show. Is that real power, though?

Perhaps, we can realize the capacity of 'girl power' AND the aptitude of 'boy power' when we men refuse to continue to be unduly influenced by any and every 'girl' that says what we like to hear in an attempt to stroke our egos. This may allow them to find their own power instead of propping themselves up on the shoulders of men. Yes, and perhaps, by doing so we 'boys' may be able to find our own power too.

He is a man of immense brain as well as creativity and courage. And Integrity - he puts his entire self where his desires are and his efforts where his mouth is.

Why do I sometimes post a video of women? Because some, indeed many women are fine. We tend to focus a lot on the not-fine, and I simply bring the fine ones into focus a bit more than you do. It's not influence over men that women have, but it is that the state lets women wield it's power on the men. If a girl/woman/lady wants to have influence on my, or any other man's life, she must first submit herself to me/him. It's an inverse relationship - the more she gives up, the more she gets.

The idea of "submitting" has always intrigued me, but doesn't seem like something I'd be mentally capable of (at least outside of bedroom roleplay ). Can you actually describe what you mean by this idea? The way it has previously been explained to me makes it seem like a VERY unbalanced form of relationship, with the woman partner always being wrong/unimportant and the male partner always being right/important. Part of the reason I've decided to never marry is due to this type of belief system...I am simply too fond of running my own life to have a partner always dictate what I'm to feel, say and do.

To me the idea is less about the 'importance/right' bizzo and more about an inflated view of one's own adequacy.

I cannot imagine that having such an 'imbalanced' intimate relationship would ever enhance adulthood and maturity in either partner. It would be like being married to someone that one would consider a child and the other would consider an overbearing arse.

It is saddening to me, personally, that the MRM seems to have members who cling to this bit of old driftwood supporting their delusions of adequacy.

Give me a competent, adult woman any day. (of course, she would have to be adult enough to reject feminism and express her womanliness without putting masculinity down).

My son's know when a movie of ice figure skating and dancing comes on that they have no hope to change the channel on TV. I enjoy one son saying to the other, "Mum did this and she is spellbound".

I think we form good posture when we have our children dance and I am sad to see one of my sons and many young men walk slightly hunchback. In my opinion, we need to promote good composure like we used to for our young ones. It's sad to see they missed out on soooo much.

As a note, I came from a poor family and washed dishes at 13 onwards after school to pay for my lessons after my mother could not afford even calisthenics.

You make a good point. How come people with this 'equal partnership' point of view are no longer married? Then again, people with your pov aren't married on here either. Maybe it is the business of marriage itself that is so damaging because it favors the woman instead of being an 'equally' beneficial arrangement.

Sure, women don't want men to be 'in charge' but they still want men to get down on a knee like a slave, propose, buy the ring and pay. Many people are 'traditional' or 'progressive' depending on how and when it suits women.
