The chipping was a story on the radio here in NZ today with Mexico's parents chipping their children out of fear of the so called 40% rise in child abductions. Found a great site that shows which company is running this and how the legislation has worked it's way into America. Like I said, we chipped our dogs in NZ the day the law was passed. NZ is the country where they often test technology.
