I do not know when the present US $20 note was first issued, I do know that it was “Slightly revamped” in 1998 and again in 2003.
It is fair to say that the present US $20 note was issued at least THREE YEARS before 9-11.
Watch on this video, how 9-11 is shown on the US $20 note, when the note is folded into the shape of an aeroplane.
9-11 = 9 + 11 = 20.
To me there are only three options:
1. Coincidence.
2. The terrorists designed, printed and distributed the US $20 note.
3. Those who did design, print and distribute the US $20 note knew at least three years in advance exactly what was going to happen on 9-11.
