Women 'not saving enough for pensions'

Step one:

Not enough women are saving for their retirement by maintaining pensions contributions, government ministers have warned.

Step two:

'The worrying reality is that if women don't make their own saving a priority, they could find themselves worse off in retirement than they expect,' Mr Purnell warned.

Step three:

The government aims to improve full state pension eligibility for women from the present 30 per cent to 90 per cent by 2025.

I'm suprised they haven't tried to blame men for this.

Only 30 per cent of women retire with a full state pension, compared to 85 per cent of men........Men tend to save above Â£200 while women are more likely to save less than Â£100.'

That would be their own fault. So why does the government insist on bailing people out of problems they caused themselves? That's socialism for you eh?

Pensions eh? and of course they live longer than men.If that was the other way round they (the govt) would spend millions on research to find out why. So concerned about women as ever...women voters that is..
Men certainly need to give govt a good kick up the ass.AS ever women blah blah women blah blah blah they effeen BORE us to death maybe thats why we die quicker.Actually I am GLAD we do... I cant put up with much more of alll this shit

I spotted this today, it was on my msn window when i loaded it up. I too was impressed that men were not being blamed, really, I was.
I also spotted another one talking about "manspace"
It was six tips how to set guidelines for the woman in your life so she'd stay out your private space and 'feminize' it. I didn't read the entire article (was on the phone as I read) but I got the gist.
