I wonder why the writer put in an abusive man hmm? This is just ridiculous that to make a point that the writer doesn't want women in prison then basically look for a man to blame.

Torn a little, I want less jail time and more community service across the board. But not gender biased for women, as its biased already.

The whole abusive spin is irresponsible.

I agree that jail time just makes better criminals but if you are going to put someone in jail educate them. I know they have the opportunity now but it should be mandatory and instead of years in jail maybe they need to complete so many courses succesfully before they are let out. That probably wouldn't work either but it makes me feel better to think maybe we could make these men better of for being in there so they can come out and be better human beings. And If pigs could fly......

I can think of shit loads of women who should be in jail but have been spared because of the pussy pass. I'm related to some of them too.
