MY views when it comes to organizations involved in pushing the
feminist agenda are well documented.
I have never hidden the fact that those waving the feminists flag and I were worlds apart in terms of addressing issues, if there are any. Also, I cannot stand any of the
feminist groups who instead of addressing real issues, they would rather invest fortunes and time in planning and scheming up in their resolve to injure the reputation of all men.
I have not shifted from that position. Not one bit!
These
feminist clubs would stop at nothing in forcing such nonsense in the national agenda. And sadly, some are beginning to buy into that idea. I would be happy to be labelled backward, chauvinistic or whatever, than to sell my soul in exchange of being embraced by feminists whose intent is driving all that carries the masculine scent to extinction. I have always suspected that what propels them is something malicious other than the need to rid society of evil.
They have long resolved to lump all men together and label them abusers, rapists and what have you. The zeal employed in seeing that end has always irritated me. Now you want me to be part of that-SORRY! I was and still such ideas the hardest kick and am not ashamed to admit it.
Men and boys are as susceptible to abuse as the other gender. Why pick on the isolated cases where women and girls are the victims? The discrimination is too glaring to be left unchallenged.
The well marketed idea is to see men branded as unwelcome because of their ‘imagined’ abusive nature, whilst on the other hand, women are paraded as angels without any sign of blemish. But the reality on the ground implies that aggression respects no gender nor does it come from any. That should make those who want to be celebrated and remembered as crusaders against abuse realise that they have always been unfair to men and for once humble themselves and apologise before some of us could even begin to entertain them.
Finding a career in propagating this wrong impression of men cannot be allowed to continue. Let these feminists wake up and smell the coffee. Women are worse abusers whose right place is a dark cell or the grave. But they choose to look the other way and pretend nothing is happening. I would take the story of the abused six-year old of Siphocosini (read TuesdayÂ’s edition of The Swazi Observer) as a case in point. They chose to ignore the plight of the child who is made to suffer unrelenting physical and emotional pain at the hands of his s grandmother.
They were the first to be alerted about the matter about a month ago, and what did they do? They chose to sweep it under the carpet and went home to enjoying festive holidays whilst the hapless boy continued suffer. He has not been saved even today. However, I am not at all surprised or shocked by this behaviour.
Feminists by their very nature, cannot allow to see one of their own made to pay for her sins. But in cases where a man is the aggressor, they would even march to the Prime Minister demanding action and stiffer sentences or even the head of the involved man. Or was the laxity in attending to the childÂ’s case due to his gender? If a girl was the victim you and I know the matter could have been a priority. See, we have been lied to. These so-called compassionate organisations are not what they want us to believe. The whole lot of them. Next time I hear they would be marching against abuse, I will load my gun and shoot them down. Who enjoys seeing a group of lunatics enjoying limelight?
