    I've religiously maintained a weights, cardiovascular and martial arts routine for years now, so not a lot of 'tweaking' actually required here.

    That said, I believe a balance must be struck between maintaining the physical and feeding the intellect. One discipline compliments the other. 'Specializing' limits ones individual scope.

    I'm 6'1",
    I've always been rather solid, with not a lot of body fat.
    I weigh just over 98kg.
    The missus has said that I could do with a few extra kgs, for my height.
    I'm not "ripped" or anything like that, I just eat a healthy diet.
