TV ads aim to lure male, minority teachers
.
Now I swear, when I saw the title, before I actually read the content of the article, I said to myself: "I bet there will be some kind of shaming language crap somewhere in there".
And looky looky, what do we have here:
The rest is here.Upcoming TV ads will focus on recruiting men and minorities to teach in South Carolina, state Education Superintendent Jim Rex said Monday.
Private donations paid for the ads, Rex said. One ends, "Are you man enough to be a teacher?"
This has become so predictable, I'm seriously getting bored.S E R V I C E W I T H A S M I L E

Men can't be safe around kids, it's hard enough to feel secure walking past kids in the street!!!

Re: TV ads aim to lure male, minority teachers
That's hilarious. An identical campaign was launched by the College of Nurses in Ontario asking, "Are you man enough to be a nurse?" Well, 95% of the profession has remained female despite their campaign, and this has been the case for well over 50 years. Women in medicine, during the same time period, went from about 25% to over 60% of medical school students. One profession employed quotas, the other developed a snazzy shaming campaign. Gee, I wonder what will happen with teaching?
Idiotic sexist hypocrites... or 'feminists' for short; let's not forget that it was the feminists who drove men from the teaching profession in the first place, as we try to pretend that feminism is what it will take to bring them back.

If men and minorities are that precious to South Carolina, then I suggest they exploit their worth and rarity value. Prospective male and minority teachers should tell the State that they will only teach in their schools, subject to certain conditions. These to include substantially higher pay rates than other "ordinary" teachers; an additional bonus for men as compensation for working in a male-hostile environment; and a statement engraved in stone and set up at the school gates declaring that anyone making a false accusation of abuse or other crime against any male teacher will be prosecuted by South Carolina State with the maximum force at their disposal, and the innocent man will be supported fully by the entire educational system. Said statement to be signed, preferably in blood, by the State Governor.
If these demands are refused, tell them to go whistle for their extra teachers. The situation can only get worse.
