The difference is that these ads simply say "men and women are different, and women are more complex", whereas the kinds of ads MRAs object to generally say "women are superior to men, because men are dumb, inferior brutes".

Shaming language, as per usual; so predictable, it's depressing. In addition to what 'novaseeker' has said, I'll also add that the key to things is the extent of the man-bashing vs. any woman-bashing. Here in the UK, we have, VERY occasionally, had the odd ad here or there, that is anti-woman; and for every one of these, literally about 100 or so ads that are anti-man. Despite this, however, women still had the nerve to complain about the anti-women ones. It's not a case of "pot calling the kettle black", to criticise such women for complaining, however, as what very little anti-woman sentiment there will ever be in the media, ever, will never even begin to compare to the anti-man sentiment. It's not comparing like-and-like.

The difference is those adds are blatantly false and blatantly negative towards men, whereas this add has atleast some truth towards it and is not particularly negative towards women. It offends Fems not because it is anti woman, but because it makes harmless use of gender stereotypes most people have.
