Federal lawsuit to end the discrimination against men by New York City nightclubs that charge men more for admission than females.
Federal lawsuit challenging certain sections of the Violence Against Women Act as unconstitutional for allowing alien females to acquire citizenship by falsely accusing their American husbands, or ex-husbands, of abuse. The Federal Government uses proceedings kept secret from the U.S. husband to find him guilty of "battery" or "extreme cruelty."
