I keep reading alot of contradictory statements about and from Robin Steele.Just what is her real position on men and MRAs? Some seem to rightfully condemn her,while others seem to see another side to her.Is she the rabid man-hater she appears to be,or is it a masquerade?

I hope you will have a good long look at all of Robin's site, and not click on and off it straight away like I first did.

What your opinion will be is entirely up to you. We must all choose are own direction in life.

As for me, I learned that Robin is an equalitarian like myself. She is also a Christian, and although I am not, myself, a Christian I have Christian friends, and I have done voluntary work for a church.

Since I am both an equalitarian and an MRA, I feel allegiance towards my fellow equalitarians as much as I do to fellow MRAs here. I have been an MRA for just under a decade, but I was born an equalitarian. I wished to extend the hand of friendship to Robin, and she has accepted. Robin is now one of my friends on my Myspace site.

I'm not asking for anyone to accept this, but I hope that you can understand.

(And the first one who gives me stick about this is off my Christmas card list. Yes I know I drive a hard bargain, but that's the way it stands).

By the way, Ooftus Goofus, where did you pick up that great name?

I see nothing in her postings which might be helpful to the men's rights movement.
Further, I noticed only agreement = silence about wrongdoing of women against men.

My impression: a rather cynical person, who has fun when reading about men in troubles. A person posting out of anonymity while complaining about anonymous comments by MRAs. A person, who calls ONLY MRAs to be liars, while feminists obviously always speak out the truth...

Robin Steele is for sure a person who deserves mistrust. A friendly link to Ginmar, one of the most hateful feminists on the internet is on her blog and Ginmar was never the target of her biased critics.

She is a woman in mental turmoil, methinks.

Is Blasphemy Approved of in the Men's Rights Movement?

I had to throw in my two-cents' worth.

From what I saw, Robin Steele started out her blog as a typical misandric, anti-male feminist. Once the hypocrisy was pointed out and exposed, her blog metamorphed into one about peace and equal rights. However, one has to question how interested in equality she is since she never addresses any injustices for men and spends the majority of her time attacking MRA blogs that don't meet with her approval. I'm a humanitarian. I became involved in men and father's rights when I realized there were injustices being done to fellow human beings. Looking at her blog, AS IT'S EXISTED SINCE CONCEPTION, along with comments she's posted on other blogs, I don't believe this is truly her concern. I think she's cleaned her blog up a bit, removed most traces of gender bias to more neatly fit the image she's attempting to portray, but I still think she's a feminist that's more interested in cutting men down than bringing them up. Not that I don't believe people can evolve, learn and grow, I just don't believe this is the case with Ms. Steele. If it is, that was a one heck of quick change of beliefs.
