Resolved Question: In terms of ethics, which do you believe is more gender-blind, Secular/Religious humanism or Feminism?

From Yahoo Answers
And why more than the other?Do you think that humanism is more likely to attract people with a gender-blind approach? Wouldn't a gender blind approach lead to a quicker resolution of sexism as there would be little resentment left behind?Oh, and please don't go into the difference between the secular and religious aspects, thank you.@Master_Beta: Humanism is about human rights and rationality. it doesn't take on situation of incorporated women into men's sports. And even it did take on that situation, it would rationalize against it. If you're unfamiliar with humanism, you probably shouldn't answer the question.*incorporating@True Brit-I don't see how a gender blind approach could work. It is only women who bear children. And far too often all the responsibilities that go with child rearing fall on them. You don't see how a gender-blind approach would work? Look at what has spawned as a result of Feminism; the men's rights activists. DIRECT opposition to feminism, leading to a future stalemate which will cancel both groups out at some point. Humanism on the other hand continues to promote human rights which encompasses a MUCH larger demographic. There is no victim mentality with humanism. There is with the MRA and Feminism."Feminism is for everyone" is a fallacy.@Master_Beta- as for reproductive rights you can read here:http://www.humanism.org.uk/humanism/...bortionAnother thing Master_Beta: When you see the symbol of Justice, you know the woman who is blindfolded holding the scale, do you think she should be able to take that blindfold off for gender situations? Happiness/Satisfaction for both parties trumps victory over the other when it comes to humanism. Therefore you can be guaranteed that every single individual case is scrutinized for the best possible solution to BOTH people. This is the symbol I'm referring to: http://bestuff.com/stuff/justice-symbolBut it does, it forces an individual case by case look at each instance in terms of reproductive rights. It doesn't cover it with a blank legislative measure which is bias towards one gender or the other.blank = blanket@Pam R- Actually they do correlate as far as my question is concerned. One focuses more on one particular gender than the other one does. Can you guess which?
