Haven't feminists insisted that women should suffer no repercussions at all, from taking career breaks of however long, to have and raise children? Probably one of the stupidest things I've ever heard; even by the standards of trollopism. I suppose that any given employer should ensure that s/he deals with women taking career breaks to have and raise children, by guaranteeing their jobs back, at a higher salary rate, to take into account incremental payrises they'd have had had they not taken time off; except in a percentage of cases, in which women must be automatically promoted, upon returning; simply because some women would have gained promotion, had they not taken time off from their careers.

"NO, never mind about a lack of competency, commitment, experience and familiarity with the roles; this has to be done, in order for women who have taken time off to have kids NOT to suffer any repercussions, you misogynistic bastards!!!!
