hm still don´t understand when a case goes to trial is the accused placed in prison until then?

TPTM, Where did that video tape come from in the first place? Who's really in it? Does anyone know? Do you think he really is innocent? Or could it be that clear evidence was lacking (though he might be guilty?) so he was acquitted? I heard it was almost impossible for anyone to discern who was actually the participants in the video. What are your thoughts? Was he wrongfully accused?

What I´ve heard on the radio was that the person in the video the people accused Kelly to be was missing a birthmark. Well I wonder who needs 6 years to figure that out?
