    A protest over Proposition 8

Sorry I can't put the video here. But you can watch it on this site.

SFSU College Republicans: Crazy lefties attack old lady at No on 8 protest...

It is about an older lady standing up for proposition 8 amongst gays and lesbians standing against it.

Re: A protest over Proposition 8

Notice how the gays are loudly protesting all over the place and getting lots of media coverage.

And California's Governor Schwarzenegger tells them: "Don't give up".

Yet in the UK when some men walk on an officials roof, one who has helped cut men and kids from each other countless times...this is a problem. This adversely affects way, Way, WAY more people than gay marriage.

Glenn Sacks the US blogger and activist is against F4J's tactics: http://glennsacks.com/blog/?p=2923 And various comments on that article agree although there is a mix and some from me there.

In NZ the men protested outside lawyer's houses. And judges and Psychologists. It was a big deal to the community with most people saying, "That's wrong. That is their private homes".

But it worked. It has made a huge difference to court cases and lawyers are behaving themselves out of fear.

I think Glenn is afraid to step over the line sometimes but lives depend on men's voices. Many older men took attention when the fathers protested saying, "Men don't complain so when they do you know something is very wrong".

Just another fine example of how liberals shut down opposing arguments.

I myself strongly oppose gay marriage. Not because I hate gays because I don't. I don't even dislike them. I dislike the act of homosexuality because it is not only a sin but it is abhorent.

What kind of society will we have have when any sexual perversion is acceptable.

I do not believe that any ones opinion should be shut down the way these people did ti this little old lady who was out giving her opinion.

I mean look at the fuss and shame tactics Seecee or what ever the new feminists handle here is made when she just had to wait for moderation on her posts like the rest of us had to.

So apparently it is ok for liberals to spout their hateful veiws any where they want but it is horrible when a little old lady carries a cross and tries to give her opinion.

    Julie...assignment for you:

Go to the Glenn Sacks blog and post what you did above, tailored to that site.

    Thanks whatever you decide.

I think that if people see that it WORKED elsewhere...it could lead to the point "okay fine lets not go to people's houses...lets get some changes made to the laws, procedures, courts, and Judge assignments.

I don't blame 'em for protesting, either, but I think it's something they ought to keep within legal bounds.

"Civilization can only revive when there shall come into being in a number of individuals a new tone of mind, independent of the prevalent one among the crowds, and in opposition to it- a tone of mind which will gradually win influence over the collective one, and in the end determine its character. Only an ethical movement can rescue us from barbarism, and the ethical comes into existence only in individuals."

Well...if it worked in New Zealand...but other approaches did not work...what should the NZ people have done instead?

Also...what happens in family court is not exactly legal either. It violates countless laws in many cases. Many of the things they do would not stand the scrutiny of the higher courts. The trouble is how to get a case there, and fund it, and have the 5-10-15 years to pursue it and nurse it along.

In my case countless laws were broken.

I joined this site to discuss the injustice being done to men by this overly politically correct society that we live in. I didn't come here to gay bash. I could give two shits what kind of lifestyle they have, or whether they wanna get married. If they wanna get married. I say go for it, they can jump on the divorce bandwagon, too.

To call these homosexuals “Gay” is to infer, by the use of that word, that what they do is something which will make a person happy.

I am old enough to remember when “Gay” meant “Happy or Jolly” the word has been hijacked by the PC brigade.

Well, I've known a few gays, and they seem pretty happy to me. The only time they seem to be unhappy, is when they're around bigoted, bible-thumping zealots such as yourself.

Bear in mind that many are unhappy when they are around bigoted, hateful gays loudly shrieking out vitriole. Many gays do not like the strident, loud activism the gays seem to use.

Hey, I wouldn't be around hateful gays, either. And I know a lot of them are feminists. :P

I think the trick here is not to hate homosexuals they are people just like us.

I don't like the act of homosexuality not the people. The act is abhorent and a sin.

Hating homosexuals does not do anyone any good.
