To be blunt you guys have too many liberals in office. I do some amateur photography and on related forums it is common to hear about being hassled in public (it happens in the US too but not as much as in the UK). Then there are all those video cameras all over. And the arrest DNA database kept forever even if charges are dropped. The medical database with all of your information in it online. Now the sticker law??!

Why is this okay with so many Brits? If it is not okay why is more and more happening?

I wonder if it is better for men in the US or in the UK.

This seems to be an issue in every single Western Nation. All of them as far as I can see. Nobody can say no?

The mix of immigrants is interesting too. Certain apparently worthy groups cannot do it or don't.

European countries with vast and long and great histories are changing rapidly due to the recent (last few decades) immigration.

This is "Social engineering" a population that does not feel quite so "English" or "British" will more readily accept EU laws.

Many of today`s laws in the UK actually originate from the EU.

The England that I grew up in as a kid, no longer exists.

Send a polite letter to the Police Commissioner and put 'cc. (newspaper editor)' on it. Send a copy to the local newspaper and the best National you know of.

Tell them that you too are offended and that you wish a policeperson to call upon the policewomen who called on you. Let them know that several of us here will also make a complaint against her because we too are offended by her action and threat and ask if she will be arrested.

I'm tempted to buy one now just to piss people off. I don't hold an opinion on whether it's fact or fiction either way, but i'm tempted to get it just for the annoyance factor.
