Open Question: Why do feminists tell women that they are weak and because of that they suffer?

Who said women are weak and suffering? Weak in what way? Many women are very strong in character, even the most feminine women I encountered. And what are women suffering from exactly? What do feminists mean when they say women are weak and because of that they suffer? Seems like a salesperson's way of advertising his/her products to me. First, they will convince you how much you "suffer", and second they will convince you how much their product will help you until you buy it. Isn't that how feminists act; advertising to women how much women need feminism until women buy it (I don't know why some men buy it, though)?
