From Yahoo Answers
Men have problems, too, by the way.-"Feminization of poverty" many people living in homes below the poverty line are women, and the ratio is increasing. Of course, who cares about the fact that 99% of homeless are men. That's where all the guys went.-Men also die on the job far more.-Men are (generally) still expected to make more, even with a closing wage-gap and all these fights for equality.-Why are the ones fighting for women in the workplace still looking down on the housedad as a bum and insufficient provider?-Guys are becoming less and less likely to go to college or graduate high school than girls. Where is our big news report or support systems?-Oh there it is, it's the one saying "whelp, guys just aren't as good as girls".-Why is it being taught that men discriminate against women, when it is "alpha-males" discriminating against anyone who fits outside the "man box". While this includes women, it also includes guys who are socially uncomfortable, more emotional or feminine, geeky, bookworm, etc.-Who is helping those guys? The whole world is discriminating against them.-Let's not talk about Divorce...-Why are 96% of criminals men? Don't you think that's a social problem? Oh wait, that's just "men being bad as usual".-Don't forget, men are also the main victims of crime. But that's just "something we bring upon ourselves".-Why is it assumed that a woman's problem is social oppression that must be acted upon, while a man's problem is him just being pathetic, and is thus ignored?I'm just saying...There won't be much male support for equality movements like feminism unless these issues are hit hard as well.Jack: Here's a link you may like.
