Open Question: On one hand women want to be equal to men, on d other hand..?

they don't give up their feminine roles?Women who work in offices ALSO do the housework. If women really want no gender stereotyping of roles, then why don't women demand men to share the housework? They work outside and cook, clean, raise children, take time offf work for kids, and what not - things which men never are asked to do! If women really want equality, why don't they give up their feminine stereotyped roles a little and ask men to help too?(some husbands do share housework. but that's like, 15%.)Im asking this because Ive noticed this in many answers here - Women are trying to work outside as well as take the whole responsibility of housework on themselves, and never ask men to share itGhost70 - I absolutely know what goes on in households. What I've written here is what goes on in MY house as well (my mom works AND does all housework and I've seen her running from one thing to another all the time, while my dad never helps, and when i ask them why, dad says mom never wants his help.)Women are always looking for flexible work schedules because they want to take care of children and do housework. Why dont women demand men to do the same? This is why women don't get paid equal, because they dont work equal, because they're always trying to do housework and never asking the men to help
