Open Question: I'm for women's rights, but why do feminists demand that women's rights must be above everyone else's rights?

For example, feminists demand that women should be given freedom to exercise their choices, whatever it may be, regardless if the choices women make will cost someone's life (abortion), or negatively affect other people's lives as well. Where is equality and fairness there? Shouldn't everyone's freedom end where others' freedom begins?
