Open Question: I find this weird , sad , and disappointing. Question about Feminism ?

Well , my question is , say a woman dresses up with "what appears to be torn" clothing and rushes to a police station and claims that a specific guy tried to rape her , even if the guy didnt , the guy is still basically screwed right ? shouldnt some sort of proof be demanded ? well , if you are gonna demand proof what kind of proof it might be ? confusing !I dont mean to offend any women here.... It just so happens that a maid did this to a co-worker of my parents..... it seemed odd , since the person is not the kind of guy who does that shit.the thing is , i've been hurt by most female figures in my life... maybe the reason i came up with such a crazy question !
