Open Question: I agree that people have the right to say that Marriage is between a man/woman.Doesn't equality demand more?

To create such a law creates prejudice, and the government cannot be a party to prejudice. IMHO, this means that Prop 8 CANNOT withstand a Superior Court decision that supports it. In order to continue the truths on which this country was founded the Superior Court of California has not choice but to toss PROP 8 out the window and declare it unconstitutional. I get upset when people blame left wing radical judges for denying the will of the people. They are NOT denying the will of the people. THEY ARE DENYING PREJUDICE and HATE! My question to everyone here is: Are you in favor of EQUAL JUSTICE? Or are you in favor of the opposite (I dare not say its name for I do not want to insult anyone!) Personally I believe that marriage should be between two loving people. LOVE is the rule! To me! What are YOUR thoughts?
