Open Question: Feminists: if your REALLY don't agree with the leaders of feminism, why don't you do get rid of them?

If people really don't want something they get rid of it e.g. If politcal parties don't like their leaders, the leaders are changed. If a sports team doesn't like the manager, they fire them. If a woman doesn't like her husband, there will be a divorce etc etc So why do we constantly hear the same lame old excuse from feminist about the words and actions of feminist leaders (Greer, N.O.W., Harman etc) "Oh they aren't REAL feminists, they don't represent US"? If these feminists were genuine in their support of equality, wouldn't they do everything possible to get rid of their anti-male leaders?

Excellent point - one that has been raised many times by MRA's - and ducked just as many times by feminists.

As I own an MRA orientated board, I know that raging mad MRA's (or, not MRA's in my view) can be barred from dicussions on my board.

We had one who thought rape and sex with girls 12+ was acceptable. Another thought murder was an appropriate means of acquiring child custody (i.e. murder mommy = daddy get's custody).

Both were banned.

I've looked around other MRA boards and guess what? The same two individuals are repeatedly banned from many other MRA sites too!

Soooooo - yes, MRA friendly boards can and do encounter raging mad folks - but we take action to keep them down.

Now, if MRA boards can do that - why do feminist boards not do this? How many times have I read on feminist sites feminists promoting murder of men as revenge, or just for the hell of it anyway? How many times have I seen feminists promoting sexual assault - or even sexuall assault with deadly weapons (castration, penoctomy, etc.)?

And yet - these individuals are NOT banned from feminist sites.

Equally, MRA boards tend to invite feminist discussion and POV's - yet repeatedly MRA's are banned from feminist sites.

It seems one of us certainly has the moral high ground.

ps - Sweden did have a feminist politcal party. Having claimed "We want equality..." to get seats, once they acquired a position of power they (predictably) turned from "equality" to demanding a "man tax" (ignoring that men already pay the vast majority of taxes).

Clearly, having feminism as a political party has demonstrated itself once already.

True enough Marx but the question was: Why don't they get rid of the leaders? Which is opposite of your example.

Let's look at that, could the people you banned have banned you?
