I would doubt this claim... 10 years I looked for job. During 2 months I performed 2 "psychometric" tests for same job (software engineer ) for 2 companies... Institutes - where I made those tests are located 100 meters from each other... (In Tel-Aviv at least then - there were some 10 such institutes - specializing on those tests on same street...)... Week after first test I was called by company- sent me to it and invited to start work - result was extremely hight - I was a genius!!! Finally I did not go to work there for some personal reasons... After second test - I even did not get a phone... When I called them - they said me - result of test was very bad - I do not fit their standards... (Finally I started to work after few weeks in third company - that did not trust those tests... They made me exam and interview and took me to work...) Both "institutes" I made tests in - were well known , respected companies, specializing on such tests!!! Fucking plenty of people and companies trusted their tests , and payed them bunch of money!!!
