First of all, they are not anti-feminists, they are Men's Rights Activists (MRA's). If I were to call feminists, anti-MRA's would that change the way people view them?

Pro-Life vs Pro-Choice could just as easily be Anti-Choice and Anti-Life. See how that would change the perception?

Feminism is a movement to advance the rights of women. It thinks only of women and cannot be considered an equality movement on those terms. The existance of the men's rights movement is reactionary to the one sided thinking of feminism. If you want to know more about the Men's Rights Movement google it, there you will find more information that I can provide here.
