    Men-women relationships in the US?

    Hi,
I've been reading your forum with interest. It seems a number of you are more or less "on strike" in their relationships with women, due to all the biases you have mentioned.
I'd like to know if you are totally atypical in that respect, or if you feel that there is a substantial deterioration in men/women relationships, in the US, especially on campuses.
My impression is that most men keep grinning and bowing in front of women, and try to satisfy all their expectations while being careful at remaining in their inferior position, I don't see much of a revolt...
    Thanks

We don't really know. I asked the forum members some time ago to put a percentage on it, but it's very difficult. Some people guessed 5 - 10%.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

"However, I have the feeling that only a minority of men are revolting like you."

Was that an insult, or a compliment?

I still have a big grudge against my 7th grade English Literature teacher.

    She ruined me for life.

    All those Zachary Taylor assignments....

Even Ben Franklyn ... what a Tory pimp.

If we Yanks cannot trust our ancestors to safeguard the language, then I guess it's all just about buying pop CD's right?

Well, the Stones just came to my city.

    "A Bigger Bang!"

That was a cultural high point.

    Americans love British history.

Is there any evidence that a large number of men in the West are upset like this forum's members?
Evidence... not really. However, there's hope

You could call us avant-garde, hehe.

Looking at the suicide statistics, the amount of fathers rights groups, the amount of growing websites, blogs, forums, resource centers, etc. you might actually think the numbers speak for themselves.

As it is, they apparently do not.

Regardless, more men & women are waking up to this on a daily basis.

Now, if you don't mind me asking badguy, what exactly is your intention on this forum?

The most offensive thing you can do to a feminist is treat her with FULL equality.
Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

It's not just the US. I'm from the Uk for instance. This is a detereoration across the western world.

Yes there's a revolt and its growing day-by-day. The marraige rates are at an all time low, divorces at an all-time high.

Even some women are waking up to what's happening to their sisters, the slide into animalism.

Men keep trying because that's what men do - persevere and struggle through the world, but more and more are saying "women aren't worth it" and quietly concentrating on keeping themselves safe.

Re: Men-women relationships in the US?

I came here because I find TV and ordinary media unbearable. Here in France TV series are all about praising women in position of bureaucratic power, although we don't have this man-beating that is so common in US TV series and movies.
I have also lived in the US in the past, and on the basis of my experience I reached the same conclusion as you guys: the modern western woman is basically unbearable...
So I was looking for direct evidence on how feminazism affects men-women relationships and I ended on your forum. I am aware how the divorce industry destroys lives, however I still need to be convinced that there is something going on, other than men being ever more de-humanized and stripped of their basic rights and collaborating to their own fate.
The issue is that most of us don't take feminism seriously and don't realize what is going on. We're just like German jews circa 1930, who thought nothing could happen to them because they were so well integrated. We think it is impossible for one gender to become an inferior caste, yet we see it in Muslim countries. The whole feminazi propaganda is unfolding before our eyes yet most of us dismiss it as not serious or non lasting...
The suicide statistics, and the school gender gap, are facts that please the feminists; they want more of it. And nobody minds, so these trends alone do not suggest that there is a male revolt going on.

I've been posting on another men's rights forum, where my claims of male discrimination were dismissed as "absurd" and "paranoid". Very frustrating.

They limit themselves strictly to legal issues. Almost all the posters there seem to support feminism or at least don't see much harm in the course that emancipation has taken.

    zen,

Now why would you pick on Dr. Evil's eloquently administered site where all respect is given to "not-quite-free-but-almost-kinda-approximating-actual-free-speech?"

Every self-respecting MRA has been banned from SYG!

There are a few Monty Python fanatics who love self-flagellation still posting there. (The one's with no arms or legs but they're still threatening to bite off Dr. Evil's kneecaps... LOL!!!)

But... it's mostly an intellectual Twilight Zone over there now, right?

Re: Men-women relationships in the US?

Presumably a number of "men's groups" and men's publications are just propaganda aimed at turning men into what feminists want them to be. I am also appalled at mags like "men's health" that are promoting the female-style narcissism, shallowness and obsession with one's own body that prevail in women's magazines. Also note how these new men's magazine promote "sexual performance".
I have read on the web how sexuel impotence is plaguing US campuses; that is not surprising--men tend to cater to the needs of the assertive, bad humoured and tyrannical women, and while they try to convince themselves that this is the new feminine ideal, their desire is just disappearing--their penis just says no.
