Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
I'm really quite certain it is not your place to dictate who belongs and who doesn't. I also think you are trying to twist the context of my post.
I am stating:
This board is not pro-misogyny.
You appear to be pro-misogyny.
I do not wish for dissention.
You appear to want dissention, either at this board or between men & women in general.
This board is a venting area for likeminded men and women (fed up of misandry & feminism's anti-male stance in society), the 'likemindedness' is really what dictates who stays & who goes, not one individual*.
Please, don't try to put words in my mouth. What I say is purely my opinion and little else.

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
But Karl, you are putting words into my mouth. You are twisting the meaning of what I have said. You should be ashamed of yourself.
"The coward dies a thousand deaths
the valiant do die but once."

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
Yes I know. So my responce was correct, thanks for clearing that up.
Yes I know, what you think, but its off topic.Yes, I do think that England will no longer be England, if it isn't English.
By O/T i meant Off topic not Over the top (OTT)No, I don't think that is "Over the Top;" I think it is common sense.

I'm not going to entertain an argument with this level of mentality.

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
I understood your position to be that women should stay at home and do housework and make babies. If this not correct, please let me know.
I fail to see how your racism is connected to misandry. In regards to being on topic, certainly that is debatable.
I cant spell, and must have forgot to spell check that one. Not sure why its important, but thanks anyway. And you've misspelled response.

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
Not a 100% sure I understand your question but will try to answer..
I believe a person should be treated based on what type of personality they are are they honest?, hard working?, criminal?.
I dont believe an assumption should be made about someone just because of their gender, race or sexual orientation. We are all human and I believe inequality is only in the choices we make.
I believe men are discriminated against, negative assumptions are made about men and positive assumptions are made about women.
I believe this is wrong, we are not judged on our own talents our conduct, but on what sex organs we have.
I believe it is morally wrong to treat someone favorably/unfavourably based on an assumption that we have made without finding if it true or not.

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
What your explaining is your formula, for determining what is FAIR and what isn't fair. We disagree on the formula.
Your Moral Basis is, how you determine what is right and wrong. You say, that it is WRONG, to treat anyone unfairly. Why is it wrong to do that and/or how do you know that it is wrong to do that?"The coward dies a thousand deaths
the valiant do die but once."

Re: Are Men and Women Equal?
This is all getting a bit silly.
The battle of gender supremacy will never be won.
As soon as one side or the other takes their bat home, the group becomes extinct.
I have sympathy for both sides since I'm probably a closet male-supremacist who loves women.
Men get things done. They build civilizations and enact laws, sometimes to their own cost. If they're motivated they'll do it. If they're not motivated they can just as much fun hunting, or drinking with their fellow-tribesmen.
That's a man's right to choose.
The groundswell of negative feeling among some young western men is not a normal thing. It's an instinctive reaction to the stupid notion of 'ekwalitee' which turns out to be nothing of the kind. But the explosion of men's boards in the last few years demonstrates that the tide is turning.
Entering into debate about 'true equality' seems a hiding to nothing. New definitions of 'fair' could keep philosophers busy for the next thousand years. The old religions were built on pragmatism - something in it for everybody.
Solely from a man's point of view, I would say that there are two kinds of women. Those that can be successfully managed and those that can't.
