they don't want to be recognized as equals in domestic violence-it should be a badge for someone who claims "equality" should be proud to wear?

Waste of time. You ask any of those questions and you'll be banned within the hour. I survived on there for quite a while a few years ago by walking the line and was eventually banned for something innocuous. You either sing the Feministing song (or be "coloured" or gay) or you're out.

There are no unshaved women on feministing....
