I just wanted to post this here,as I think this is an excellent letter and the fact it is written by a woman gives it that much more extra clout.

Of course. Without women doing the whining for men, men would just be seen as whiners..

Having women on the front line shows that the mens movement is being led by the correct folks..

Women..

They can ask the state to change the laws to suit women better..

On behalf of men..

You chaps will probably never get it.. But your being owned..

Agreed, it bothers me though that women have more influence than men. If a women screams "Misandry", she'll get taken more seriously than a man who screams the same thing.

That in itself is proof of misandry.

Women are in the MRM primarily to make sure what men are doing is in line with what feminists want..

It sure seems that way sometimes, I remember a specific female poster that doesn't appear to be around anymore constantly asking us to re-examine ourselves. It seemed (to me) that she wanted us to spend most of our time looking in self diagnosis mode so as to waste as much time and create as much confusion as possible.

Some women are... Some aren't. Putting a general bias on women is just as bad as feminist garbage. Yes there are Women who enter the MRM and do just that (plenty unfortunately). Ignore them! Keep running, and the good women (however few they are) will keep up... In addition I have nothing against women addressing a human rights issue that pertains directly to them, as long as it is legitimate and doesn't conflict with the MRM as I know it. DV isn't gender specific...


However feminism is only partly responsible for this problem. Women have always been "heard" more because of this biological stereotype that they are "weaker" psychologically. For centuries women have always been the driving force behind what men do. That is partially why little progress in on their list of accomplishments...

GWW has a good video on this topic. She states that women have always been valued for being woman whereas men have to earn value through something they do. It is a cultural bias that has been there for ages. In other words men have and are not equal to women. In addition the feminist movement did a good job at devaluing men even more by making them "useless" in many workplaces.

Currently we live in the age where humans aren't just judged by what their body can do but by their character and intellect. As Mra's It is our job to prove and push who we are. We are valuable and we need to say that. We want a voice. Lets keep up the good work.


Example of male value... If the average single male (and many married) need food they can live off burritos and sandwiches. If there aren't any men to grow or get those products to the supermarket, he will hunt his food and live off stuff he finds. The average woman usually wants more variety in her diet even if dirt poor. If she cannot get the products due to the problems above, she will resort to merely scavenging or finding a male who will share... There are exceptions to the rule but few.

I'm in the MRM primarily to help out men and get rid of feminism.

If I would want men or women to do anything, it's follow what God wants.

That 'society' hears women and listens to women more than to men, is a fact that I cannot control.

But I can take advantage of its bias and welcome women who ask 'our' questions and take 'our' side.

THEY get heard.

To me, you see, it is not a man/women thing, it is a truth and reason thing; a Law thing; an Equality before the Law thing.

I do not care who or what fights beside me in this battle; woman, Klingon, dwarf, even Drex. As long as they are all firing at the enemy, I am a happy little soldier.

This is contradictory. You say some women are (getting involved with the MRM to make sure it's in line with feminism in response to felixblue and Garak) and some women aren't but then you say the ones that are are plenty and suggest that the good women are few. So aren't you basically saying the same thing they are while also saying it is as bad to say it as feminist garbage is?

Isn't this a generalization, albeit, a true one? If one generalization is true is it impossible for another generalization to be true? Is it entirely impossible that the majority of women that get involved with the MRM do so to make sure it is in line with what feminist women want? Is this wrong to say because you believe it is untrue or is it wrong to say the truth because it is offensive to most women?
