Yes, that's exactly my point: bullshit. I could give 'correct' answers to all the above, but how would any employer know that I wasn't telling them what they wanted to hear? And what's the point of asking someone if they work well in a team? Will anyone actually say No to this question? Is it something that can be tested simply by asking the question? Of course not, so again: more bullshit. And thinking about it, the fact that these questions do require us to provide the answer the questioner wants to hear very much reminds me of HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH A MODERN WOMAN.

I have experience with female managers, and IMHO they are very deceptive - they resort to personal attacks when they feel in any way undermined or threatened.

Done it before. I've worked with Social Services in helping young people with learning & physical disabilities. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

'Most people' is difficult to determine as I'm not most people. I guess for the most part, yeah - but I wouldn't place a bet on it.

If by 'building' you mean computers, yeah. If by 'building' you mean homes & such, yeah. If by 'building' you mean relationships/friendships,etc. Yeah.

Why should I hire you?
Because I'm the only one in the waiting room at this moment... And you need someone... and I need your money... and I'm bored... and have an amazing talent with pipe-cleaners, my left nostril and I'm sure it would entertain all who see it.

I specialise in the sprint, but recognise there are times when its not just a matter of getting into the getawat car as fast as possible, so I guess middle distance runners could give me a few tips! I must confess, have found it hard to work with Marathons, have to use Snickers now, they melt just as well though and there is nothing like eating peanuts out of a goats flange!

I am disabled myself, I am insane and not only that, many women have worked well with me and have only discovered I have 3 legs when we get on the dance floor.. Is being female classed as a disability? I often have to help them lift heavy weights, its tiresome, but I suppose they only have little hands and this fella (look under the table darling!) definatley needs both hands!
