Here is a story in which the DA alledges an ivy leauge professor killed his wife when he found out she was going to divorce him.

She was going to seek 4,000 a month in spousal support, also he has a 12 year old daughter.

So this guy if divorced would most likey lose his daughter, 50% of his assets and then pay 4,000 a month in support. To paraphrase Chris Rock, "I don't think what he did was right. But... I understand."

4000 a month. That is 48,000 a year, TAX FREE!!!!!

I don't think it was right at all for the Wife to be killed to be honest. If Men are afraid of being screwed in the divorce courts, they should just join the Marriage Strike, not go going about killing the Missus just because she wants your money you worked for.

Yes, I don't think it was right for him to kill his wife if he did it. (Remeber of course innocent till proven guilty). However if you think about the men that were driven to suicide after a divorce and killed themselves, this is the next step. You push a man so far and he may kill himself. You push him harder and he may kill you.

This may be shown as a breaking point. I mean come on 4000 a month?? Me and another adult friend could live QUITE well off that amount. There is a breaking point for men and I think this shows it.

A woman who was going to leave, take his kid, half of his money, and make him COMPLETELY support both of them... Probably would be enough to push alot of men over the edge.

I wonder if he can claim temporary insanity.

We all know that men don't have feelings, and can't loose control due to anger (like finding out your wife is taking most of your assests, house, car and children) but instead we are cold and calculating monsters who revel in the abuse we dish out to poor women, who are utterly helpless to fight back.:roll:
