...then tell me why no one ever discusses how men victimize each other (or themselves)? There's no doubt in my mind that men can be men's worst enemies. Look at the evidence. Men kill each other. Men rob each other. Men steal each other's wives and girlfriends. Men use more drugs and alcohol than do women. Men commit suicide more successfully than women do. Men won't go see doctors. They won't seek help when they need it. Some men excuse themselves from taking responsibility for own behavior and instead blame it on women or on society or say it just comes naturally because it's biologically programmed (due to their sex/gender). They rape each other in prisons. Sometimes I think that men here in this forum get so focused on battling women (misandry, feminists) that they don't look a little harder at the things their own sex are doing to create the very things we're all concerned about. What about the men who really are abusive? What about the men who really do rape? What about the men who really do run out on their families, or cheat, or lie, or steal? Shouldn't there be outrage from men's rights activists toward the men who do these things? After all, these guys really are a part (probably a big part) of the problem!

Let's see how long this thread lasts before it's turned into a feminist-related argument. I just want to know, how many of you out there who are men's rights activists are looking at both sides of the equation? It's not only women who victimize men. Men victimize each other. And it should be (in my opinion) of great concern to those who are concerned about men's issues.

Nice red herring, Tera. You don't want to discuss the issue of an excessively high percantage of false-rape claims, so you simply feign nobility and change the subject.

It's not all about women and feminists. But it sure is easy just to look solely at that issue, isn't it.

How many feminists are fighting against the things women do to women Tera? Get off of your high horse. How many women look at what they do to each other Tera? Why is it so bad for a bunch of people to gather here to combat gender inequality to talk about the disparities between men and women? I guess we should become man haters too? Besides as you well know Tera the fact that men do terrible things to other men is all over the news and preached loudly by feminuts. Why would we want to do that here? This our refuge from man hate why would we want to import it? We run that risk enough by allowing feminists to come here and blame us for everything and tell us how we do everything wrong. We come here to escape that and while we are at it we try to inform each other of the goings on in the world of gender politics. I would like to know Tera what you envision this site being. What would you like to see posted on here? Chevalier. "no greater love hath a man than to lay down his life for his brother."

You say, "Let's see how long this thread lasts before it's turned into a feminist-related argument." The purpose of this forum is to discuss how men are victimized by feminism not how men victimize each other. That's a different can of worms.

Yes we know it happens. Yes we see it in the news. But what are MRA's doing to address these issues of men? That is the question.

But my mistake is probably this: I thought this site was an MRA site.

Tera are you drunk or something? Why wouldn't we bring up feminists. Especially since it directly related to the question you asked Tera? BTW you never answered what feminists are doing to right the wrongs that women do against other women. So trying to deflect thing away from feminuts doesn't cut it. Why would as an inteligent person would you even suggest I not mention feminist in a place where the hard truth is told about them and most here can see the problems men face are direct results of feminism. And once again Tera the crimes men commit against men are already being dealt with rather harshly so why would we need to discuss it here. Would you like us to start bashing men just like femmes do? Would you like us to have a pity party for women? In essence Tera what do you want from us? Chevalier. "no greater love hath a man than to lay down his life for his brother."

I don't think this site is about complaining how much men are abused. I think it's more about how men are treated differently by the courts, police, social service agencies, etc. It's a fine difference, but it's there. We know there are men who do bad things. We know that most of the time, when a man gets raped, it's by another man. What we don't like is the fact that prison rape is a big fat joke. See the difference?
