    Hello, is there anybody there???


    Despite what the statistics say, I get an eery I'm alone feeling when I log on lately.

    I had a weird dream whereby I was led to the addresses of many members here, across the world, every single time I was ushered into an abode by luminous figures, the names I associated as being human, turned out to be soulless computers churning away.

    Am I only communicating with bots and computer programmes?

    Actually I really wish people here acted in a more ruthless and machine like manner in their online activism.

    They are a great many forums online sympathetic or potentially sympathetic to our causes, many with huge amounts of traffic and we really need to start posting significant stories in such places on a regular basis.

    Depends on whether we have an engine. Oars would do as a last resort.
    'Rescue' would have strings attached and a bill to pay.

    Then again, we might 'wash' up in foreign lands and there's no telling what the natives there feel about feminism.

    Analogies are sometimes just fun but they are still useful.
