Just thought I'd post this article and see what people here thought.
It's about a statue being unveiled which shows 3 young boys in high heels, based on a photograph from the 60's.
I'm from Glasgow, and this just makes me sick, there are so many things that could have been sculpted, but they chose boys wearing high heels. I know it's based on a famous photograph, but I don't think it's right to be showing young boys wearing women's shoes as a sculpture, but I'm no art critic, so what do I know?

What I find disturbing, is the way the heels are highlighted on the sculpture, they don't look like they belong, and it's clearly to highlight boys being like women, it's sickening. They could have made the heels the same colour as the rest of the sculpture, so why the highlighting with silver paint?
