French Judge got it right and left feminists fuming over his ruling
The bride lied about her virginity and her pure mousehole. Hence, the husband is entitled to his annulment.
Marriage is a contract for life.
Not only in the religious sense, it is so also in law.
Anyone who defaults on his/her vows is in breach, there fore, the contract is null/invalid.
No blood on the sheets? No marriage. - The F-Word
It is unfortunate that the family courts do not take this into account. Making the honest husband a sucker of the judicial system.

How long will he stay in that job?

A Feminist is a human being who has lost her way and turned vicious.

Re: French Judge got it right and left feminists fuming over his ruling
This is an old thread, but I heard it will continue to higher courts, or not?
It's not about Islam, and not about virginity, it's about signing a marriage contract as a liar.
French law is a bit different from UK/US where feminist rules enjoy more 'sexual freedom'
The French law does not specify exactly what is an 'essential requirement ' and there is no case of precedence regarding virginity, as far as I understand this situation.
Is this case now finally finished, is it a legally binding decision already or still on appeal and will continue in higher courts?Yohan's
