Hey have ya'll Brits seen what just happened across the channel in France? The girlie got dissed bigtime! Even French women hated her, apparently. I can only hope this is a forecast for the 2008 US election and that you'll be treated to clips of Hillary's concession speech on youtube.com. (From msnbc) -- "French voters chose Nicolas Sarkozy as their new president on Sunday, giving the conservative a comfortable margin for victory and a mandate for change, … dashing Socialist Segolene Royal's hopes of being elected France's first woman president. Royal, 53, is a former environment minister who believes France must keep its welfare protections strong. She wants to raise the minimum wage, create 500,000 state-funded starter jobs for youths and build 120,000 subsidized housing units a year. On the campaign trail she often talked about her four children, and she appealed to women to vote for her because she is female." Link at – http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18513937/

Hopefully, we won't have to wait all the way to 11/08 for Hildog to be electorally smited. I'm hoping she's handily defeated in the primaries.

Yes, because socialism has such a historically exlemplary record of social cohesiveness Also, anyone who votes for someone merely based on gender should have their rights to vote repealed forthwith. "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State. Joseph Goebbels The internet has been like a lifeboat for mens opposition to the floodings of feminism. Celtic Druid Respect is earned, not automatically attained by virtue of the arrangement of one's genitalia. Celtic Druid

Nicolas Sarkozy made many good points, which I like (because I am a man?) For example, Segolene Royal, his opponent, wants a minimum wage for everybody. Sarkozy rejects any minimum wage, but he wants overtime to be taxfree. (excellent point!) She wants immigrants from Africa and Arab countries - many of them with a lot of integration problems and criminal background to do all dirty jobs - however Sarkozy wants them all deported, claiming the French people should work 40 hours instead of 35 hours per week (and get a higher salary for the difference of working hours) She dreams of a society of welfare without prison, but Sarkozy wants longer prison terms for everybody (including women), who are second offenders. Not a bad man at all, just my opinion. To be an unmarried woman with 4 children is not enough, this was clearly confirmed by the French voters.
