i'm no genius, but enjoy learning. i know too many women that are "book smart," but have no common sense. and even with that, they just learn enough to get them through a test. and for that, i know that i'm smarter than them (plus, i see through the feminist lies... that's enough to call anyone above average, am i right?).

Amongst many other female members here, whom I consider real ladies (in the sense of 'gentleman = decent fellow human, and lady = decent fellow human') it's with a heartfelt admiration that your posts are welcomed here. I don't think it's a case of:
"she agrees, so she must be ok", at least not so simplistic, but rather:
"she has every opportunity to wreak havoc, take advantage, stir the pot,etc. but shows a strength within that resists the urges (if they are urges)"

May I humbly ask if you are drawn to men who smarter and stronger than you or vice-versa? In what kind of company do feel most at ease? What kind of company do you enjoy? - not necessarily the same kind.

i am definitely drawn to guys who are smarter than me. they can teach me things. of course, i have no problem with guys who act silly/stupid every once in a while.

i also like guys who are stronger than me (if they weren't, then that's saying A LOT. i'm weaky-mcweakweak). they don't have to be body builders, but just not a push over. men who are push overs are just unattractive to the max.

i'm at ease mostly with guys. the guys who are incredibly intelligent, and can make me laugh. my brother and two best guy friends are just like that, and i feel completely at ease with them. i enjoy hanging out with them most because they are just all around great guys. they're not beating their girlfriends, or raping drunk women, or doing other things that they were born to do.

basically, the only kind of company that i don't enjoy is the group of anal overly-sensitive people, whether they be guys or girls. you just can't get any joy out of them...

Obviously 73% of women cannot have above average intelligence, so it implies that some of the women surveyed are having mild delusions of granduer. It's just teasing the ego, as if to say, "They think they are smart, want to come prove that you are smart?" So how do 73% of women think they are so smart? It could be a completely fictional number. Or maybe they surveyed women who take IQ tests for fun, who as a group may very well be more intelligent than average. Or maybe they are playing on people's delusions of self-importance. I've heard that most people think they are better drivers than everyone else, and most people think they have superior social skills too. I bet if you did surveys you'd find that a lot of people think themselves to be better than they actually are.

Ok, 97% of all discoveries and inventions hail from men. If you want to discard men, then find yourself a cave and familiarize it's surroundings for the next many millions of years's - without men- with all the female inventions of worth ---0000000000000000 (nothing ****er)!

If not understand and realize the opposing not so un-politically correct realization! I am available for parties, listen, if I can front my own mother with her feminist bullshit - I can and will take on anybodys Mother, sister, ex-partner etc.

Most western women need to think they're smarter than men.

Suppose a femi-washed woman should happen to meet a man that is more intelligent than she is, on some scale of measurement or other. She cannot respect his intelligence because that might imply she has some sort of lower status and that would never do. In order to avoid this kind of embarrassment the self-respecting feminist has several options.

1. Avoid men as much as possible and adopt a lesbian lifestyle.

2. Blame it on the Patriarchy. Insist that any measure of intelligence is intrinsically phallocentric and therefore suspect. This leads to further sub-options....

2(a). Fiddle the results of all tests so that women come out at least equal if not smarter. and..

2(b). Angrily complain that no test has yet been devised that can effectively measure 'wymmins ways of knowing'.

3. Divide intelligence into different compartments with new names. Ensure that odd notions like 'emotional intelligence' where women could be potential high-scorers are equally ranked alongside the ability to solve quadratic equations on the back of a beer mat. (4 stars for strategy)

4. Corrupt the entire education system so that the less intelligent get better reports than the more intelligent. (This could mean some very intelligent children will become alienated and dangerous but that's not her concern.) The bastard child of 4 is 5....

5. Use statistics instead of empirical evidence. For example, show how the number of graduates in Womens Studies far exceeds the number of graduates in Chemical Engineering.

6. Any half-intelligent male who see's through the above can be reduced to a Homer Simpson by either:
(i) walking out of conferences
(ii) throwing a tantrum
(iii) bursting into tears
(iv) otherwise playing the 'joker' (devalued chivalry card).

The above is not an exhaustive list but it's all been tried and it still continues. To say that that some women are smarter than some men is obvious and just betrays 'magical' thinking. It's not really worth arguing about.

Yan Yan, Your list reads almost like a comedy, funny! But you are serious. But on one point you made, I think the idea of "multiple intelligences" is interesting and is valid. "Emotional intelligence-" isn't that people skills? Watching a mathematical genius at work is pretty impressive for sure. I think if a guy in the bar wanted to get my attention, then working out quadratic equations on a napkin would be a good pick-up line for me, LoL. (If I was single that is) But I'd have to say I'm almost equally impressed with watching someone who has superior social skills take a person who is about to explode and make them smile with ease. I am not good at that sort of thing. About corrupting the educational system so lesser intelligent kids get better scores than more intelligent? Do you have an example?
