Uhm... it is
Feminist who bash the shit out of feminine things (except when guys do it, then it's okay). And our culture encourages women to do manly things to pretend that they are large and in charge. The only social expectation of women in America that I can think of is that they shave their legs and armpits. And that is only relevant for women who publicly show their legs and armpits, which if they dressed like men, they wouldn't be doing, ironically.

Feminism: Instead of going to women and telling them to get their shit together they want to instead complain to men about how men are actually responsible for women's failures and that men need to fix things so women can finally be equal.
