According to the author of the
Anti-Porn Feminists blog, 'triple anal' is supposedly commonplace in mainstream pornography.
By 'triple anal', I think she means a woman being anally penetrated simultaneously by three men (assuming such an act is even physically possible?).
In her most recent
blog entry, she mentions 'triple anal' twice:

The author is staunchly opposed to pornography, and yet her knowledge of mainstream pornographic content is clearly woeful.
Either that, or she is promoting this myth purely for propaganda purposes.
