I love how, when women CHOOSE to participate in porn, it's oppression of women; yet then when women aren't allowed to show flesh, it's......oppression, once more. So, apparently, female porn stars aren't choosing to do as they do, but are more so oppressed into it; yet there are apparently many women who are just DYING to show their tits in public, and are being oppressed by not being allowed to do so. Whatever happens, feminists will twist things to claim oppression. If it became legal for women to show their breasts in public, it would suddenly become oppressive for them to do so, and they would claim that the patriarchy was making them do so, and how awful men were for looking.

Oh, and, of course, men aren't allowed to show their penises in public. They may be allowed to show the top halves of their bodies, but that's because they're not seen as sexual; I guess feminists just hate the fact that women have more sexually-arousing body parts, than do men.

I think that's called "limitation", because there's a time and place for everything to be seen and done, and maybe not everyone wants to see you half naked. Even I have my limitations on cleavage, because I know when things border on slutty!

I feel like part of why feminism is so reviled in US society is because we're not really visible as a cohesive unit, trying to solve a real problem.

I've been saying for ages, make feminism official, let's have an elected leader, a written agenda, that way we do away with all this "She's not a real feminist" bullshit, if you're a feminist, you'll be an official member, then we get to see how many women are feminists, then women can't say they're feminists and just go around badmouthing men in the name of feminism, because we'll have a leader who we can question, we would have a leader to answer questions, face the public.
If feminism was made official, it would be shown up for the disaster it is. It is incredibly difficult to take a group seriously when they are so disorganised, as it stands right now, I could say I'm a feminist and no-one could prove otherwise, it really is that much of a laughing stock.
