the chick that introduced me to the guy im with now seems to be doing everything she can to break us up, ahe has told him im cheating on him, and many other things i have busted her lieing many times but last month she told me he a raped a chick.. i got them both together and she denied ever saying it untill i showed the msg she sent me and i thourht it was over then, but i got a phone call of my mum in qld and she has been told the same thing and now every body at church has heard the same thing.. any way how can i stop her going around saying this stuff its STUPID and annoying

One guy makes some common sense, and tells this story:

btw, I have a friend that's living w/ this crazy chick, and any time he talks about breaking up, she threatens to stand outside his office and scream that he raped her, and to go to the police w/ the same allegations. As i told him, if he doesn't get his side out to the police first, it's gonna be her word v. his, and the guy usually gets screwed until it all gets sorted out, by which time he could easily be fired, evicted, etc.

Here's my reaction:

Take legal action against her. If you can't - get on your man's case to do so as it is HIS life she is trying to destroy. Slurs like 'rape' stick with men for their life - and can lead to vigilante actions being taken against by people who think they're doing the right thing OR it can result in harassment to the point where he could take drastic action, beating her up, committing suicide, etc.

candi o - please supply your sources where you claim a lot of guys rape, otherwise, don't spread feminist hatred upon men. I could go on about how 'a lot of women' tell lies, and how they make false allegations... but I won't
