I don't know what your experiences are - but I've studied domestic violence for several years. The statistics repeatedly show that violence is reciprocal - not one sided (as you claim). I'm not trying to argue with you, but because of feminist (man haters) propaganda to portray (on tv) that only men hit women, this is the public perception which is not true at all.
Now, a bigger issue - do you think child abuse is acceptable too? Women (especially single mothers) are the primary abusers of children... will you excuse them for doing that too and try to shame children who want to be protected from the abuse - or is the shaming tactics reserved only for men? When did you say it was acceptable? When you ignored the question and responded with insults... that certainly implies you find it acceptable, else you would have stated your position clearly.
Most is reciprocal - it is men who are least likely to report d/v because of people like you who rely on shaming tactics to silence male victims (see above where you imply he can't be a real man if he's victimised).
Again, you didn't respond to answer whether you thought child abuse was acceptable, you just relied on insults implying you see no problem.
