DV shelters

I think I told you guys about my sister who went to a DV shelter even though she wasn't really a victim? Anyway, she got her new home, and I took my mother there tonight to stay over. I was asked to take my sister's friend back to the shelter from my sister's house, and I said OK, as it was on my way anyway.

I spoke to her friend for a while on the way there, and she all of a sudden starts to tell me about how she hates it there, as if she needed to tell someone. She told me that there's always fighting going on, and back stabbing, and how there's always the big bully of the group.

I said I'm not surprised as I've read all about DV shelters on the internet, and told her my sister was never really a victim, as she regulary attacked her boyfriend, and bragged about it. She then told me about a story about a woman who left her boyfriend to go in to the shelter, and kept going back to her boyfriend every day while she was in there.

Anyway, I told this woman that DV shelters are shit holes, and she should try and find somewhere else, but chances are, she's no better than the rest who are there.

Also found out that there are only 3 women at the place, even though it holds 15, and chances are those 3 women who are there, are not victims of anything other than picking men who kick the crap out of them after they've been provoking the guy.

DV shelters are shit.

I've actually tried that in the past. There is certainly a story there that is waiting to be told, and if I could find ten women that would tell it, I'd be a millionaire.

I have asked women that I knew spent time in a shelter personally, and also run ads on Craigslist and in our newspapers. What I hear more than anything?

"They made us sign confidentiality agreements when we entered. If we say anything, they can sue us, and they told us that they would."

Apparently, they occasionally even have lawyers come in and speak to the women just to emphasize that point on occasion.

However, I have had some success... the results of my interviews appearing in a four-part series on my blog titled "Tactics of Women's Shelters." None of the women mentioned in this four-part series were paid, but I would pay a woman who could tell me a story and document it as well.

Angry Harry makes it clear what the purpose of these places are as well..

and the MRM is always asking for the same for men too..

Yes, I think DV shelters for men are horse shit too.. Get the state out of our homes, and men can protect theirselves...

Unfortunately, as well intentioned as Erin was, she royally fucked up when she opened the first shelter. All they have done is cause more harm than good.

Any women who are in genuine one way danger, will leave if they really want to.

The state has to keeps its nose in everyone's business to insure they get tax dollars!

So far as the DV shelters for men, it's just another way to waste tax dollars!

That's hilarious. The feminists have saved men's lives by accident.

It all falls in line with the dykes having sky high domestic violence rates too. When dykes commit DV, the feminists reject them because they don't want to believe women are bad.

I don't really like dykes in the first place, so I'm not gonna pretend to care about them, but it proves the point that feminists don't care about women, they only care about maintaining victim status.

They're pathetic really.
