Re: australia says no-
aAl jokes aside - they have just a passed a law in NSW Australia where if a guy meets a girls at a bar and enjoy a few drinks together leading to consentual sex later on well !
In the morning the girl can say she was not sober enough to give consent and cry rape and the guy will be arrested and charged with rape
Of course the fact that he was also intoxicated is no defence for the butthead
and he may well go down

Re: australia says no-
this is why I hate the ambiguity of the English language
also -- who is to say what level of alcohol constitutes drunk ?
Some women are drunk on one glass of wine - some need a whole case of beer
, will there be new personal devices for men to record the womans blood alcohol level and data stream it in real time to some legal government big brother database.
bah masturbation is better -- it is safe sex with someone you loveI hate pink ribbons
Men age like fine wine
Feminists age like Milk

Re: australia says no-
Exactly. If you extend the same shaky gynocentric hypothesis of absolving responsibility due to intoxication, thereby making you less capable of formulating a rationale decision. Then using the same parameters of 'illogic' - all female drunk drivers cannot be held responsibile for their actions? Right? But if people would argue this is wrong, then so must the notion of men solely being responsible for a womans sobriety. Right?Originally Posted by shaazam

I'm sure if the feminists could, they'd happily add such an absurdity to the neverending list of moral and legal exemptions for women without any semblance of reference to conscience whatsoever.
That said, a inebriated woman who has consensual sex with a similarly intoxicated man, who then later regrets, lies, or is coerced into making a false rape allegation, has delivered unto that man a crippling blow as deadly as any female drunk driver could have done. It's just that his pain will be experienced over a number of years. Probably a lifetime!Last edited by Celtic Druid; 21st-May-2008 at 06:42 PM.

Those ads you guys subverted(Were they from Nissan Micra ads in the 90s ?)
GOOD WORK GUYS AMAZING I would love to see much more of that sort of thing....feminism is a disease the Doc is working on a cure. Symptoms include compulsive liar, constant aggression, allergic to logic, often affects women who are fat with short hair and big earings, but can be normal looking.
Reason tablets three taken daily. If the sufferer displays shaming tactics double the dose. Remarkably the illness disappears in disaster zones.

Re: australia says no-
Amazing how 'no' means 'no', with no exceptions, yet, apparently, 'yes' doesn't always mean 'yes'. I never realised that the definition of 'consent' made reference to level of sobriety. Drunken consent is still consent. What sort of woman would cry 'rape', merely because someone fucked her while she was drunk? How much of a spiteful, immature, arrogant bitch would she have to be, in order to think her being drunk absolved her of any responsibility? There's simply no comparing the 'plight' of a girl who has drunken sex, and then regrets it, or even who has sex and can't technically remember whether or not she gave her conset, to that of a genuine rape victim. Where, exactly, is the malice, in a guy sleeping with a drunk girl? Women are absolved of any responsibility whatsoever, whilst guys are responsible not only for themselves, but for judging as to whether or not a however drunken 'yes' actually means 'yes'. Er, yeah, and people wonder why we talk about "equal rights, without equal responsibilities". If you're going to get yourselves into situations where you can't remember whether or not you consented, don't drink so much.
And, as has been said, what constitutes 'drunk'. One drink? Two drinks? Three drinks? Ten drinks? Numerous young women go out, with the aim to get drunk, and to get laid. I dread to think how many potential rapists we now have. Come to think of it, I'm one of them, going by this reckoning; odd, being as I've always been disgusted by rape, and have always advocated the strongest of punishments towards rapists.
Is this some form of population control?! What, with false rape accusations, laws such as these, divorce settlements and custody cases, I'm surprised more men aren't simply put off forging relationships with women altogether. I think that foreign women need more promoting to men.
