I don't watch TV all that much, usually just whatever is on while working out, or flipping channels when I'm relaxing in bed. I usually watch Spike, Discovery Channel, BBC News, Fox News, Versus..stuff like that.

Anyway, I was flipping channels this morning and came across a channel that REALLY annoyed the hell out of me, called LMN. I didn't know what LMN stood for, and didn't want to stay on the channel long enough to find out. But for the 30 mins or so I watched, it EVERY freaking commercial made women look good and men look bad! And the show was horrid....even when something was the woman's fault, somehow it got twisted to be the man's fault. WTF?

What's LMN stand for? Lesbian Movie Network?

You should watch Oxygen channel it is a woman oriented channel yet they have a show that comes on regularly that is called Snapped and it is all about women who murder men documentary of it any way. And almost to a tee when they show the court room portions they claim abuse and what not but some of them are just crazy.

You watched it for 30 minutes?? Oh well, one time I did watch a whole episode of Sex and the City to see what it is that people talk about so much. It was dumb.. but weirdly enough I felt tempted to watch it again so it's kind of like staring at a big hairy moldy thing in the back of the fridge which is disgusting but you can't help but look and take pleasure in being disgusted (or is that just me?) I guess I can see why you didn't immediately change the channel.

Years ago my husband got hooked on Sex and the City...I hated the show, but I did get hooked on Six Feet Under (which went on right before it, and to kill time waiting for "his" show to come on, I watched that one.) Since I'd once worked in a funeral home, the show appealed to me.

Sounds good, never heard of it though. I love crime investigation/medical mystery shows, Myth Busters, Cities of the Underworld, shows about history or technology and satire/comedy shows.

I was drawn to keep watching because of the funeral home setting...but of course there is PCism in the show, esp. in the gay male couple that wants to adopt a child.
