URGENT ALERT: Do Not Send Support to TEN’s PayPal Account!

Thank you to those of you who have supported True Equality Network in the many ways you have supported us.

Over the past few months several individuals have sent small amounts ranging from 5 to 25 dollars to TEN via our PayPal account, then after a few weeks filed complaints with PayPal saying,”[they] have not received the merchandise they paid for.” TEN does not sell anything. We do provide links to books purchases, but those links send the reader to a major bookseller’s site and TEN has nothing to do with those transactions.

As a result, PayPal has “restricted” our account until the complaints are resolved. Restricted means, people can send monies to the account, but TEN can not access it either by transfer to bank account or by way of the PayPal debit cards on the account. Thus any funds sent to our PayPal account will just sit there for however long it take to resolve this issues.

If you have sent anything to our PayPal account in the past twenty four hours, please try to put a stop payment on the transaction.

We are sorry for the trouble, but we will assure you this was not our doing.
