The Dannon Oikos Superbowl Yogurt Commercial

The recent Superbowl featured a commercial from Dannon to advertise their Dannon Oikos Greek Style Yogurt. In the commercial a couple share a luscious cup of Dannon Oikos Yogurt. When there is one spoonful left, the man attempts to eat it. The woman head butts the man and knocks him off of his chair, his shoes fly off. When the man gets up off the floor, the snarling woman feigns another head butt toward the man as he recoils in fear.

Yogurt is primarily marketed to women, young women in the Superbowl commercial. The Dannon commercial took a faux romantic scene and turned it into a female on male domestic violence play. As Dannon says in their canned response to lodged complaints:

(note: that is 'men' as a collective)

2) Male feminists are not wanted in the feminist movement. Here we have just that, straight from the horses mouths..

Feminism has cooked up many a meal over the last few decades. Some may say “feminists just want equality for women”, which may even hold some credence in times gone by, but not in today's world of feminism power & influence. Regardless of whether that is the case or not, the reality is that even in times gone by, feminists have not looked at equality for men. Largely this is because of their ideological belief that all women are treated worse than men in every sphere.

This demonstrates quite clearly their inability to think objectively. Most MRA's (Men's Rights Activists/Advocates) acknowledge that certainly in the past and in some aspects of today's world – women do get a short straw in some aspects of daily life. Feminists, on the other hand, tend to hold so tightly to their belief that only women are victims. They simply refuse to accept that men get a raw deal compared to women in any circle and of those who do acknowledge it, they tend to justify it and they will almost always conclude that blaming men to some degree and absolving women as a whole from any accountability or responsibility ...

The TV hosts were brave enough to explain this as early signs of domestic violence. This was a serious punch directed at Kris Humphries who reacted quickly to defend himself.

Still various mass-media outlets try to portray Kris Humphries as the bad guy, though Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, and tried to seriously punish him on TV, which is a clear domestic violence act.

If the genders were reversed the feminists would be up in arms over the physical attack.

There are increasing decibels against male-circumcision. "Male circumcision is a feminist concern," they appear as to be saying. In fact, efforts are underway so that a male child has to wait until he is 18 years old before he could consent for the circumcision procedure. "Performing a circumcision on a boy under age 18 — even for religious reasons — would be illegal under a measure that a San Diego group hopes to place on Santa Monica's November 2012 ballot" says a news report. The children, under 18 years old, cannot give meaningful consent about their bodies, even if the children are deluded to think they can give consent. Or worse, not even when their parents consent the male-circumcision. Their battle cry is "parents should not be able to force the decision on their young child", quickly adding, "His body, his choice". The body-ownership the-choice part of the argument resonates well with the people against any ban on abortion. What this argument against childhood circumcision really show is that, if male teenage children cannot legally consent for circumcision, then equally the female teenage children cannot legally consent for abortion. Can they?
